This role prepares and maintains sterile fields, selects and manages instruments, and anticipates surgeon needs to ensure safe, efficient procedures. The technologist collaborates closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia, supports pre- and post-operative workflows, and mentors junior staff.
