We’re seeking a Senior Surety Underwriter to join a growing MGA, supporting the launch of a new surety practice in Canada and the U.S. This hands‑on role focuses on day‑to‑day underwriting of construction and bid bonds, conducting financial analysis, and adhering to established guidelines while working alongside experienced sales and underwriting consultants.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction surety underwriting experience for a carrier or MGA, a strong mix of new business and renewal account experience, and is excited to help build and scale a program.
