Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Technology

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day per week (subject to approval)

Travel: Up to 10%

A senior supply chain systems leader is sought to oversee technology supporting large-scale distribution and transportation operations. This role bridges Supply Chain Operations and IT, leading systems teams, driving technology improvements and ensuring reliable, scalable business applications across the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Systems team, overseeing systems configuration, testing, production support and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations and IT to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Lead systems initiatives, including software upgrades, facility expansions, new capabilities and technology deployments.
• Oversee system performance, issue resolution, configuration management and operational readiness.
• Establish consistent processes, documentation, testing standards and support practices across the network.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, throughput, service levels and operational efficiency through system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Distribution Operations, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, IT and external technology partners.
• Advise senior stakeholders on system capabilities, technical dependencies and operational impacts.
• Manage priorities, projects, vendors and cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain systems, warehouse management, transportation systems or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams or highly skilled individual contributors.
• Experience supporting large-scale distribution or retail supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Labor Management Systems (LMS) and related applications.
• Experience with systems configuration, business requirements, testing, production support and system integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Environment

• Phoenix home office with an expected four days onsite and one flexible remote day per week, subject to leader approval.
• Office and distribution centre environment.
• Travel requirements of up to 10%.
