Senior Supply Chain Manager Location: Highland Park, IL – on-site five days per week Salary: US$150-190K plus bonus and excellent benefits package

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations , this is a senior leadership role responsible for improving and developing the company's end-to-end supply chain , covering procurement, production, inventory, forecasting, logistics and distribution.
5+ years' supply chain management experience , ideally within alcohol, beverages or CPG * NetSuite implementation experience essential * Strong experience across procurement, inventory, forecasting, replenishment and logistics * Advanced Excel , including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables and macros * Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement and cost reduction * Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field
Developing and improving end-to-end supply chain strategy and processes * Managing procurement, production, inventory, forecasting and distribution initiatives * Improving demand forecasting, replenishment and stock levels * Managing supplier pricing, negotiations and service performance * Using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements * Managing cross-functional supply chain projects and mitigating operational risks * Supporting raw material R&D and procurement * Driving NetSuite implementation and process optimisation * Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and senior leadership
