Job Title: Sr. Supervisor, Operations ManagementJob Code: 34856Job Location: Camden, ArkansasJob Schedule: One Weekend Nights shift and one Day shiftJob Description:L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Operations Management to join our Camden, AR team. The Senior Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Essential Functions:Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.Conduct daily safety walks of areas.Manage the job functions for each team member and program.Plan the production for each week.Address all issues reviewed with team.Approve team member’s time.Review metrics for improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant Operations Management experience.In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Management experience.Preferred Additional Skills:Exceptional problem-solving skillsStrong experience implementing a metric driven approach across all Operations functionsProven ability to identify performance issues and implement the necessary changes in a timely and effective mannerAbility to thrive in a dynamic environmentAn effective communicator at all levels of the organizationExceptional communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to build stable, effective teams and create followershipPlease be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.  Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.  In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
