Senior Superintendent

Experienced Senior Superintendent with 8+ years as a General Contractor is needed to lead commercial construction projects.

Required experience in one or more of the following project types:

  • Showrooms
  • Ground‑up construction (two stories or less)
  • Restaurants and airport concessions

Most projects are in the DFW area; upcoming 2026 work includes Canton, TX (ground‑up bank) and Austin, TX (bank interiors).

Assignments may involve running a single project independently or supporting a larger project team.

This is a client‑facing position and essential to represent the company, retain clients, and support future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects in the field from start to finish
  • Create and maintain project schedules (MS شديد or P6 preferred)
  • Maintain a clean, organized irrational safe jobsite
  • Participate in and represent the team during weekly owner meetings
  • Work closely with Project Managers to control budgets and schedules
  • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
