To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Subrogation Adjuster will handle complex claims, build strong liability cases, and drive recoveries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Researches and documents coverage and loss information, including complex calls Files subrogation claims in Arbitration Forums with persuasive arguments Mentors less experienced team members and attends mediations/arbitrations for cases Required qualifications 4-year bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in handling personal auto claims or subrogation Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications Experience in arbitration and negotiation
