Senior Subcontracts Manager

Managing a portfolio of complex subcontracts, the full-time Senior Subcontracts Manager will oversee cradle-to-grave subcontract management activities, provide leadership to subcontract personnel, and ensure compliance with federal regulations in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-value subcontracts and perform lifecycle administration from acquisition planning to closeout Lead subcontractor source-selection activities and conduct price analysis and negotiations to establish fair pricing Provide leadership and mentorship to subcontract personnel, balancing workloads and ensuring quality and compliance in deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, contracts management, finance, law, or a related field preferred Eight or more years of experience in subcontract management or related disciplines, with a focus on U.S. federal government contracts Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring subcontract or procurement professionals Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations as they apply to subcontract formation and administration Professional certification such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager or equivalent credential preferred
