Senior Structural Steel Fabricator

Responsibilities:

Structural steel welding and fabrication

Expertly welds small, medium, and large bore plate, pipe, and structural shapes of various metals and alloys.

Perform complex mechanical installations per engineering direction.

Read and comprehends construction drawings & specifications/ blueprints.

Work in conjunction with other employees and lead persons.

Other tasks assigned by owner, management, or office.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education:

Must have 3+ years experience with structural steel fabrication

Must have 3+ years' experience with MIG

Must have structural steel fabrication experience

Must be able to read prints and layout assemblies per print

Must have the ability to lift 20-50lbs.

-Must be able to supply your own fabrication tools

Structural welding D1.1 certification is a plus

Handrail fabrication is a plus

Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
