• Position Title: Senior Structural Engineer
• Location: Eastern Oklahoma
• Compensation: $150,000
• Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
• Work Environment/Travel: 75% Office-Based | 25% Worldwide Travel
• Field Requirements: Tower Climbing Required

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (PE license may be from any U.S. state; eventual Oklahoma licensure is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of structural engineering experience in the telecommunications tower/structure space
• U.S. citizenship required due to military-related work
• Must have the physical ability and willingness to climb tall towers
• Must be able to pass and maintain a National Agency Check for access to military installations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis of towers
• Review tower inspection reports and provide recommendations for structural repairs
• Design temporary bracing for tower maintenance projects
• Develop rigging plans for tower construction and maintenance
• Evaluate requests for proposals and assist with cost estimates
• Participate in worldwide tower inspection projects, including tower climbing
