This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer located in Tacoma, WA. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural calculations, conducting structural analysis, and providing engineering solutions. Responsibilities also include designing structures, reviewing designs, and preparing technical reports. The role requires collaboration with other engineers, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Role Description
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structures.
- Civil PE License (any State)
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis
- AutoCAD or Inventor Proficiency
- Excellent command of the English language with above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of AISC Steel Construction Manual
- Experience analyzing bolted and welded connections
- Must be able to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Skills:
- PhD, Master of Science, or Master of Engineering with emphasis in structures.
- SAP2000 experience
- Dynamic analysis of structures
- SE License (Any State)
- Knowledge of ASCE Wind Loads

Base Salary will depend on qualifications.
Licensed PE: $90,000 - $125,000
Licensed SE: $110,000 - $150,000
