What You'll Do
* Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
* Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
* Design and analyze steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
* Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, process, civil, and architectural teams.
* Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
* Meet with clients and support project planning efforts.
* Mentor and guide engineers and designers.
* Perform occasional site visits to gather information and support construction activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* PE license required; SE preferred.
* 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
* Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and applicable building codes.
* Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency with Revit, BIM software, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
