We're looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our Los Angeles team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of projects while developing technical expertise, professional judgment, and leadership capabilities that will shape your career.

What You'll Do

• Use your creativity and expertise to develop structural solutions for world-class projects
• Manage projects and teams
• Manage financial aspects of projects
• Assist with internal QA/QC design and drawing reviews
• Develop and foster key client relationships
• Support marketing and business development efforts
• Train, mentor and develop younger engineers
• Assist with maintaining and developing the firm's design standards and AI/automation initiatives
