Required :
* 8+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Civil/Structural Engineer
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona, or ability to obtain one in the near term
* Experience supporting large-scale industrial or heavy industrial projects
* Strong experience with structural analysis and the design of steel and concrete structures
* Experience leading engineering deliverables and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
