To enhance clinical, operational, and financial performance, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Consultant will develop measurement methodologies, analyze healthcare data, and provide actionable insights to leadership and initiative teams. Key responsibilities Own and develop measurement strategies for Integrated Solutions initiatives, including performance tracking and evaluation Conduct advanced analyses of claims and utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement across various dimensions Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations and insights for decision-making and initiative evaluation Required qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a quantitative field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience Experience in project management, advanced analytics, and business development Familiarity with healthcare data and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of relational databases and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Preferred experience in consulting, investment banking, or service line management environments
