Senior Store Leader: Grow Sales & Lead Teams

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency. You will lead a ~10-person team across departments, ensuring superior customer service and adherence to safety, labeling, and weights and measures standards.

You will support the Store Manager, manage inventory and labor, and mentor leaders to sustain performance in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis on culture and execution is key.
