Mercy is seeking a Night RN Resource Nurse for our Stepdown unit. In this role, you will provide advanced bedside care to high-acuity patients, support team members with complex cases, and serve as a clinical resource on the night shift.
Responsibilities include thorough assessments, telemetry and cardiac monitoring, IV medication administration, and rapid response to changes in patient status. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor newer staff, and ensure safe staffing and smooth patient flow.
