Senior / Staff Product Engineer

Compensation: $220,000-$270,000 base + equity

Location: New York City or San Francisco (Onsite)

The Role

As a Staff Product Engineer, you'll own customer-facing features from idea to production, working across the full stack to build AI-native experiences. You'll partner closely with customers, product, and design to ship quickly and shape the technical direction of a rapidly evolving platform.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end, from PRD to production.
• Build AI-powered product experiences across the full stack.
• Design APIs, data models, and polished React interfaces.
• Work directly with customers to iterate quickly.
• Drive technical decisions on high-impact projects.

What You'll Bring

• Strong React and backend architecture skills.
• Experience shipping products in startup or high-growth environments.
• AI-native or agentic product experience.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Daily user of AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
