Cohere is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Applied ML in the United States to shape enterprise-grade LLM solutions. You will work directly with enterprise customers to translate business needs into robust ML deployments and drive end-to-end model development and evaluation.
You will build custom models with Cohere’s foundation stack, CPT recipes, and post-training pipelines, while advancing state-of-the-art techniques and closely collaborating with customers to deliver measurable impact.
