• Handle daily AP/AR , invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries and help identify account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general accounting tasks.
• Work with management and staff on accounting-related questions. Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of accounting experience , preferably with strong AP/AR experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Tyler Technologies or a similar accounting system is a plus; training will be provided on the company's system.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
