Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Computer skills sufficient to generate reports and analyze data using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Minitab.
Statistical Analysis experience.
