Senior Sous Chef — Dynamic Kitchen Leader

Valley View Casino & Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the food operation in the assigned kitchen and lead a team of line cooks and support staff.

You will ensure menu adherence, food safety, and high guest satisfaction, while managing scheduling, inventory, and adherence to budget and performance standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication in English, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
