To support strategic procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing and vendor management processes, handle RFP cycles, and conduct market analysis to drive cost savings. Key responsibilities Manage the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, including vendor research and proposal data collection Provide specialized contracting and sourcing of third-party services for facilities management operations Conduct market and spend analysis to identify cost savings and supplier improvements Required qualifications 3-7 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers
