Senior Sourcing Manager (Fully Remote)

This strategic, high-impact role leads complex venue sourcing projects that deliver cost savings and align with client business objectives. The individual sources hotels and venues, negotiates contracts, and tracks financial impact to ensure alignment with client goals and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead venue sourcing for complex, high-value client meetings and events. Act as a strategic advisor, aligning sourcing decisions with client objectives and business goals. Own end-to-end sourcing strategy using Cvent and other tools to manage RFPs and gather venue proposals. Qualifications: 7+ years related experience in the meeting and events industry with sourcing focus. Deep understanding of meetings and incentive planning with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cvent, and comfort with CRM and sourcing platforms.
