Senior Sourcing Manager, Footwear

To optimize supply chain efficiency, the full-time remote Senior Sourcing Manager, Footwear will manage supplier relationships, conduct cost analyses, and drive operational excellence while focusing on sourcing footwear and leather goods from the Americas. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a category supply chain strategy for footwear and accessories Identify, vet, and onboard supplier partners to align with Quince's rapid replenishment model Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with suppliers to analyze performance and areas for improvement Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers Established factory partnerships within footwear and accessories across the Americas and/or Asia Strong general management mindset with experience in lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization Proactive and assertive, with the ability to self-manage in a remote setting Fluent in Spanish
