Handle all technical configuration, user management, system integrations, and data pipeline work needed to get customers live — primarily within Microsoft Windows environments.
Work across all Overjet products — IRIS and RCM — rather than specializing in a single area. Flexibility across the full product suite is essential to how this team operates.
Run scoping calls to gather requirements, set timelines, and keep Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success aligned.
Use AI tools to build and automate implementation workflows, helping customers go live faster and reducing repetitive work for the team.
Keep every engagement on track with clear, timely communication that meets customers where they are, whether they're technical or not.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
Clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences without losing the thread.
Hands‑on experience with:
SQL and database querying
Microsoft Windows environments – comfort deploying and troubleshooting in Windows is essential (.NET and C# are a plus)
Cloud platforms and basic networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Python or similar scripting languages
Comfortable owning complex troubleshooting independently and seeing issues through to resolution.
