Jobtailor is seeking a highly skilled Customer-Facing Engineer to drive end-to-end implementations across the IRIS and RCM product suite. You will be the primary technical contact for customers, translating requirements into actionable plans and coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
