Jefferson is seeking Senior Solutions Architect to support our growing corporate growth and operations team.

This role will be h ybrid, with the ability to travel to offices in the Washington, DC Metro area as well as to client sites. This position requires that applicantsresidein the United States and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Applicants mustmaintainU.S. residency for the duration of their employment.

The annual salary range for this position is $200,000.00-$275,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside account,captureand bid teams, you will engage customers, develop compelling solution strategies, lead solutiondevelopmentand support major pursuits from early qualification through to contract award.
  • Strong ability to independently identify existing service gaps and improvementareas, and drive continual innovation to evolve programs to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Review customer requests for requirements
  • Produce architecture artifacts and present designs to both executive leadership andcustomertechnical review boards.
  • Drive analysis of alternatives(AoA)to evaluate and recommend technologies against performance, scalability, security, and cost criteria.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence and leadership development

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Requirement. BS in engineering, computer science, information systems, data analytics or similar.
  • 15+ Years of experience required, with 5+ Years of experience delivering to a Federal customer strongly preferred.
  • 5+ Years Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient on-premise and cloud-based virtualized infrastructures.
  • Active security clearance.
