Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Compensation: $170K–$195K annually

Role Overview

The Senior Client Solution Architect serves as a key technical and project leader, working across delivery, product, and sales teams to design and implement complex integration solutions for life and annuity carriers. This individual plays a pivotal role in guiding enterprise-level architecture decisions and aligning technology strategies to achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workstreams across people, process, and technology integration.
  • Drive project success through stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and risk management.
  • Design comprehensive customer solutions and transition programs based on reusable frameworks and assets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle—from pre-sales through implementation.
  • Participate in sales presentations, advising on solution strategy and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct due diligence to assess data, architecture, and delivery readiness pre- and post-contract.
  • Partner with system integrators and vendors to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, delivery leadership, or technical consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing integrated solutions involving third-party or vendor software.
  • Strong background in Cloud/SaaS/PaaS environments and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in insurance technology (Life & Annuity, policy administration systems preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Design Thinking , Agile methodologies , and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical acumen and client-focused problem-solving skills.
