Leading solution design and supporting pre-sales engagements, the full-time Senior Solution Principal will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop infrastructure solutions that meet client needs while working onsite in Chandler, AZ. Key responsibilities Lead technical solution design across infrastructure domains including cloud, data center, storage, and resiliency Partner with sales teams to scope, qualify, and advance opportunities through the pre-sales lifecycle Engage directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements through workshops and solution discussions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, consulting, or solution design Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center, storage, or disaster recovery Proven experience supporting pre-sales engagements and collaborating with sales teams Experience developing technical solutions and supporting Statement of Work (SOW) creation Broad understanding of hybrid infrastructure and modernization strategies
