Senior Solution Consultant

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will lead technical customer conversations, conduct proofs of value, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to design effective fraud deterrence solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities Drive the customer discovery process to uncover critical business pain and prepare value-based demonstrations linking solutions to customer objectives Mentor fellow Solution Consultants and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing Required qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent in a rapidly growing SaaS organization Strong understanding of client-side and server-side web technology, including JavaScript, HTML, and programming languages such as Python or PHP Experience with ReSTful APIs, web security, and encryption methods Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions and identifying business pain points Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
