Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in solution architecture, CRM architecture, marketing technology, or healthcare technology.

5+ years of experience designing enterprise customer engagement solutions.

Experience implementing and integrating healthcare and customer engagement platforms such as Epic, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Experience supporting large-scale customer communication programs.
Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Certified Technical, Application, or System Architect.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.

Epic certifications, including Cheers, Healthy Planet, MyChart, or Hello World.
