You will report to the Head of Zone O&M, Solar O&M, with dotted line to the BESS Service Manager, overseeing budgets, safety, and stakeholder relationships.
You will manage on-site teams, coordinate outages, ensure compliance with NFPA and OSHA standards, and drive continuous improvement in asset performance and profitability.
