This role is ideal for a senior QA professional who thrives in dynamic, complex environments and wants to shape the future of quality in cloud-native services.What You'll DoDesign, automate, and execute system-level test cases focused on scale, reliability, security, and performanceContribute to and influence the test automation strategy; evaluate and integrate new tools to improve efficiency and coverageCollaborate closely with product, development, support, and platform engineering teams to ensure full lifecycle quality coverageProvide technical guidance and mentorship to QA engineers and partners across teamsContribute to design reviews with a QA lens to ensure testability and risk mitigation.What You BringTechnical Expertise5-8 years of hands-on QA experience, including:Designing and building test automation frameworksNon-functional testing (scale, reliability, performance, security)Strong coding skills in Python; experience with Pytest and PlaywrightDeep understanding of:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Microservices, Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)Infrastructure & Data Center managementLinux/VM environments, Storage, Compute, NetworkingREST APIs, JSON, SQL/NoSQLExperience with virtualization technologies like KVM, VMwareFamiliarity with performance and load testing toolsExposure to cloud-native testing challenges in private cloud environmentsLeadership & CollaborationStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProven experience mentoring junior team members and driving cross-functional collaborationKnowledge/Skills:Knowledge of complete SDLC and experience in software testing methodology, tools, developing test strategy, test planning and test execution.Strong automation background to be able to own automation strategy and tools required to build a test framework.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in programming in Python & Playwright.Experience in the following areas/technologies:Docker, Containerization, KubernetesCI/CD, Git/Gitlab, JenkinsLINUX/VM environmentsPytest Python,Storage / Compute / Networking backgroundKVM / VmwareAdditional Skills:Cloud Architectures, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, Development Fundamentals, DevOps, Distributed Computing, Microservices Fluency, Full Stack Development, Release Management, Security-First Mindset, User Experience (UX)EducationBS/MS degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized and accredited university/college.What We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
