The team is heavily involved in utilizing computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data to give our warfighters and allies an advantage.About The JobWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying software defects, and ensuring the overall quality of our products.What You'll DoDevelop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software & firmware productsPerform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testing with hardware-in-the-loopIdentify, document, and track software/firmware defectsCollaborate with developers to debug issues and verify fixesContribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in software quality assuranceTesting in Linux and Windows environmentsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Git and common platforms like Github or BitbucketExperience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)Strong debugging, analytical and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAptitude for learningGood documentation skillsAbility to adapt & contribute to changing prioritiesEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearancePreferred QualificationsBasic proficiency in Python or other coding languagesFamiliarity of automated testing frameworks such as PytestAutomated UI testing tools like Playwright or Selenium is a plusExperience writing or analyzing code with LLMs (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)US Salary Range$146,000 - $194,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
