Contribute technical expertise and strategic insights to strengthen proposals and secure new business opportunities.Optimize Staffing and Program Management: Manage staffing levels across multiple programs to ensure alignment with project schedules and resource requirements. Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor and enhance program performance and profitability.Ensure Compliance and Process Adherence: Uphold Collins' standards and procedures, ensuring all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.Qualifications You Must HaveExperience leading engineering teams, including mentoring, task delegation, and cross-functional collaboration in a technical development environmentExperience in program execution, including bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity managementExperienced with embedded software developmentActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start dateTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experienceQualifications We PreferExperience with Agile development conceptsExperience managing large programsExperience with certification authoritiesDo you want to be a part of something bigger?
