FM is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our AI Software Engineering Enablement team. In this role, you will build and scale platforms, tools, and practices that empower engineering teams to deliver reliable AI-powered products faster. You will define technical strategy, own the roadmap, and guide multiple squads delivering CI/CD, experimentation, and observability for AI services.
You will hire and mentor engineers, promote engineering best practices, and partner closely with product and data leaders to align enablement capabilities with FM’s AI initiatives.
