To support mission-focused software development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer with Security Clearance will work remotely within the United States, contributing to the research, development, and sustainment of applications and data processing workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Contribute to the development and maintenance of mission-focused software applications, backend services, and APIs Support data scientists and mission partners by enhancing existing applications and troubleshooting defects Participate in code reviews and technical documentation to ensure reliable software capabilities in an agile environment Required qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen with a current Top Secret security clearance and/or CBP/DHS suitability Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of professional experience in programming, design, and/or development Experience with strongly-typed programming languages such as Java or Rust, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools, such as Jira and git
