Position Overview

  • Maintain and update the electronic publication and distribution capabilities of JDEIS applications.
  • Engineer enhancements to JDEIS tools such as JEL, JEL+, JDDT, and JPMT.
  • Apply cybersecurity controls and continuous monitoring to engineered solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment instructions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; or CNSSI 4012/4013/4014/4015/4016; or Associate degree and 10 years of experience.
  • Training and Certification (DoDM ): IAT Level 2 (GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA‑Security); IAM Level 2 (CAP, GSLC, CISM, CASP‑CE, or CISSP); Cyber Defense (CEH, GCIA, CSIH, or GCIH); and an OS/CE certificate for applicable systems with privileged access.
  • Experience: 5 to 9 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret (per Staffing Plan).

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior engineering of DoD web or publishing systems.
  • Experience delivering systems through the Risk Management Framework to an Authority to Operate.
