The Person
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong full stack engineer with experience across modern technologies
- Previous experience in a credible early-stage startup or high-growth company
- Strong in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable software architecture
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges
- Excited by ownership, autonomy, and the pace of an early-stage startup
The Role

- Design and build highly scalable software across backend, web, and mobile platforms
- A modern, code-agnostic engineering environment
- Python microservices running serverless on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, CDK), React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter
- Build AI-powered products, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure used by enterprise customers
