The company offers a generous equity plan to be a stakeholder and participate in the company's success.Position summary: As a Senior Software Engineer at Striveworks, you'll be challenged - and trusted - on day one to be a core contributor to the projects and direction of the company.
You will be rapidly prototyping and delivering proofs of concept for customers. You will work alongside a team of Data Scientists to integrate their work into functional products. Examples include applied computer vision and the construction of data engineering pipelines.
You will be optimizing, deploying, and refining AI models and algorithms.Requirements:4+ years of relevant experienceExpert in Python or GoLang (OR Java, C/C++)Knowledge of DevOps tooling: CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, KubernetesExperience/comfortability with Cloud ArchitectureComfort with deep learning library (Tensorflow, Pytorch) implementation and integrationNice to haves:Knowledge of messaging systems especially Kafka, RabbitMQUnderstanding of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)Experience designing RESTful or GraphQL APIsInterview Process:30 minute phone screening2 hour coding assessment2 hour interview with teamFly you down to Austin for last step of technical interviews and to speak with the CEO founders (half day)*Extremely driven, motivated, and humble team of very smart and great people.
