This role has some hybrid flexibility however the candidate must be able to work on-site at the North Reading office.Responsibilities:Understand customer requirements and find solutions that fit within our existing software architectureLead team of junior developers and validate their workDesign, implement, test, and deploy software components for Teradyne's family of Automatic Test EquipmentCreate robust designs with a focus on scalability, high performance, and maintainabilityConceive and implement fully functional and high performing software solutionsDiscuss and review deliverables with your fellow team members and provide feedbackWork with application and field engineers to understand customer features and use casesTackle difficult problems and come up with innovative software solutionsParticipate and lead brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our product, our process, and our teamQualifications:10+ years of experience developing software systems for commercial applicationsExperience with C++, C# and.NET developmentSolid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux)Experience with development tools: Visual Studio, Clearcase/GitExperience with Development Lifecycles including AgileExperience modifying and extending code in big, complicated software systemsExperience working in the Semiconductor Test IndustryProficiency in OOD and OO language (C, C++, C#)Experience working in hardware/software development environmentBS/MS in Computer Engineering or Electrical EngineeringThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $161,700 - $258,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
