Relocation is not offered.This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.What You Will DoPlay the role of a Scrum Master for the Software Solutions teamResponsible for day-to-day activities ensuring the scrum team follows internal processes and removes roadblocks that impede progressFoster collaboration not only within the scrum team but also ensure that dependencies are met to certify the plans produced by the team are being followed and achievableEnsure daily tagups are in place, effective communication is followed and provide escalation for rapid resolution.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesTrack Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacityPrepare and present status reports to management and stakeholdersWhat You Will LearnYou will learn about our growing engineering team in Puerto Rico; What we do?
