Senior Software Engineer

Role:

Senior Software Engineer, Connected Devices, focusing on embedded software systems for veterinary diagnostic products.

Responsibilities:

• design, develop, and maintain embedded software across Linux, Windows IoT, and microcontroller platforms
• create telemetry, monitoring, over-the-air updates, and device connectivity capabilities
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud and AI
• lead architecture and technical design
• support cybersecurity and lifecycle documentation

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• 5-7+ years in C, C++, C#, and Node
• experience with embedded Linux, Windows IoT, multimedia, computer vision, protocols (MQTT, TCP/IP, UART, I2C)
• hands-on development with microcontrollers
• strong communication skills
• minimal travel (~10%)
