Senior Software Engineer | Remote

• Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities in solving complex software engineering problems.
• Fix bugs, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
• Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification for accurate measurement of MCP tool use.
• Develop golden reference solutions to assess software engineering ability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable and scalable software solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
