SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER — New York City, NY or Remote
OVERVIEW
Zenivize is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Software Engineer. Our ideal candidate is an efficient problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at managing their own time and tasks with minimal oversight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using cloud-based technologies.
- Collaborate with the development team to develop platform integrations.
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes.
- Maintain and enhance our Kubernetes and ECR infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development of our application, primarily built with Java and Vue.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the quality of the software while maintaining a high speed of development.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Specialization in cloud computing and DevOps with hands‑on experience in Kubernetes and ECR.
- Experience with Quarkus is a plus.
- Experience with Vue 3 with Composition API is a plus.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently, showing self‑motivation and initiative.
- Experience in developing platform integrations.
- Ability to strike a balance between velocity and software quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- Manage their own time and tasks with minimal oversight.
