A fast-growing AI software company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Founding Engineer in NYC to help build a modern enterprise ai native management platform. You will be the lead developer responsible for the development the technology and ai layer, and will responsible to transform it into a scalable software platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. Responsibilities
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Creating scalable software platforms
- Developing agentic ai agents or fine tuning LLMs, creating RAG architecture
- System design and architecture
- Cloud native architecture and product development
- Working closely with stakeholders and clients
- Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
- Support test and deployment of new products and features
- Participate in code reviews

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Start up experience or shipping a product from 0-1
- Expertise in React/Next.js, Typescript and Python
- Expertise in system design and architecture
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
