Mandatory

• Strong Python, without an AI assistant doing the thinking. We test this in the first round.
• Early-stage or high-growth startup experience. Founder or founding engineer is ideal.
• Projects you owned end to end — found the problem, built it, then watched whether it worked.
• React/TypeScript and Postgres. A front-end lean is a plus.
• In the office five days a week. Not hybrid. Not becoming hybrid.

You've built internal AI tooling, company-specific harnesses, or local model hosting. Especially against regulated data.

You've only built to spec at a large company. Or you want to manage people — there's nobody to manage.
