Senior Software Engineer – Python

• Lead the delivery of scoped features and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and maintain high-quality software systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, mentor peers, and ensure alignment with business objectives while applying sound technical judgment.
• Own feature and model delivery through collaborative teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
• Strong experience delivering scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams.
• Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligned with platform objectives.
• Skilled in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical judgment for informed decision-making.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and program monitoring.
