Senior Software Engineer - Payroll

In a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer - Payroll will manage payroll configurations, calculation logic, and system integrations to ensure accurate and reliable payroll operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll, including payroll controls and compliance documentation Partner with Payroll Operations and Tax to manage payroll rules, troubleshoot calculation issues, and ensure compliance with tax regulations Support integrations between payroll systems and external vendors, resolving any related issues that arise Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Seven or more years of experience supporting enterprise payroll systems with hands-on configuration responsibility Demonstrated experience in Employee Central Payroll configuration or strong SAP ECC payroll configuration experience Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll, including multi-state taxation and compliance requirements Experience troubleshooting payroll integrations and interface errors across connected systems
